What is the OneBell® Tactical hardstyle adjustable kettlebell ?

Training with a kettlebell offers incredible benefits for your fitness and health. However, investing in a complete set of kettlebells can be costly and requires considerable storage space.

The OneBell® Tactical adjustable kettlebell, in hardstyle format, solves this problem by offering a weight range from 12 to 32 kg in 1 kg increments. Ideal for kettlebell users on a budget or with limited space, it combines versatility and quality without compromise. With 19 kettlebells in one, it allows you to maximize your space and savings.

Adjusting kettlebell weight

Adjusting the weight of the OneBell® Tactical adjustable kettlebell is easy, thanks to the two adjustment wrenches supplied. Simply unscrew the screw with the Allen key to remove the lower shell, insert the desired weight discs on the threaded rod, then lock them in place with the hexagonal key. Once the discs are in place, close the kettlebell by screwing back the lower shell.

Thanks to its 24 mm steel threaded shaft welded to the upper shell and its secure locking system, the OneBell® Tactical guarantees safe use, even for ballistic exercises such as swings and snatches, with no risk of accidental opening.

Which adjustable kettlebell to choose ?

  • If you train specifically for the Girevoy Sport / Kettlebell Lifting : Choose the competition version.
  • If you have a StrongFirst / Hardstyle training style : Choose the hardstyle model.
  • If you have a mixed training program : The choice will depend on your preferences. The hardstyle version has a thicker, wider handle, while the competition version has a thinner, narrower handle. In the rack position, the hardstyle kettlebell will sit lower on your forearm, which is more comfortable if you have large hands and long forearms. The hardstyle kettlebell is also ideal for two-handed movements such as swings.

    Functions well, and the large size fits me well. A bit of paint comes off onto my hands during swings, which is a minor inconvenience, but is a solid, trusted piece of equipment. Happy with it.

    Super kettlebell pour les entrainements “hard style”. Je l’utilise depuis quasiment 6 mois et pouvoir progresser de 8kg à 32kg est top (surtout pour moi qui était complètement débutant à la base). C’est un investissement mais elle est de bonne qualité et dans mon cas (augmentation progressive du poids) c’est beaucoup plus pratique et économique que d’acheter plein de kettlebells…

We ship to most European Union countries.

For mainland France, delivery generally takes 4-5 working days from the day of dispatch. For the rest of Europe, delivery time depends on the country, but averages 9-10 working days from the day of dispatch.

For most countries, the kettlebell is shipped in a single package. For others, it is shipped in 2 packages (a first package with the 24kg kettlebell, and a second package with 2 4kg discs). This organization enables us to keep shipping costs to a maximum of 30kg per parcel, and therefore to offer reasonable shipping costs for distant destinations.

Yes, we ship every weekday.

Yes, the kettlebell comes with two adjustment keys and seven weight discs.

Payment is available by credit card and PayPal.

The discs are locked by a nut on the inside, so they don't move during use.

The threaded rod is screwed about 2cm into the upper body of the kettlebell, then welded. There is no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises.

Unfortunately, yes, the paint will fade. Mainly at the base of the kettlebell when you place it on the ground, and also on the sides if you use two kettlebells at the same time (double swing, double clean, etc.).

This adjustable kettlebell is a hardstyle kettlebell and therefore does not comply with GS standards. It is better suited to StrongFirst-type hardstyle training.

In fact, the center of gravity will not always be in the same place, depending on the discs you have inserted. But quite honestly, you'll hardly feel the difference (if at all).
