PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

What is the OneClub® adjustable clubbell ?

The OneClub® adjustable clubbell is an adjustable clubbell, offering a weight range from 6 to 16 kg in 1 kg increments. Ideal for steel club enthusiasts wishing to train at home, it allows you to equip yourself without breaking the bank or cluttering up your space, while guaranteeing professional quality. With 11 clubbells in one, it helps you save both space and money.

Weight adjustment is simple. Each weight has its own 24mm threaded spindle for fast, convenient assembly. Thanks to the rubber disc at the base of each weight, tightening is optimal. There's no risk of opening, even during ballistic exercises such as the full 360 swing or the mill.

Whether you're training at home or on the move, the OneClub® is suitable for all levels and will accompany you wherever you go.

Why train with a clubbell or steel club ?

The clubbell or steel club is a versatile training tool that can be integrated into your workout sessions or used as a specific session. It stands out for its ability to include rotational movements, often absent from conventional training programs. Emblematic exercises with the club are the full swing (360) and the mill. These movements, performed with one or two hands, help develop power and endurance, and improve upper-body muscle mobility, targeting in particular the trunk, shoulders, triceps and back.

What's the difference between a clubbell and a macebell ?

Clubs and maces are visually similar : both have an offset center of gravity, with the weight concentrated on one side. The exercises performed with these tools, such as the swing or the mill, are mainly rotational movements.

Both are excellent for developing rotational strength, improving core stability, strengthening grip and increasing overhead mobility. But how do you choose between a clubbell and a macebell ?

The main difference lies in the length of the handle. The clubbell distributes its weight along the entire length of the handle, while the macebell has a long handle with the weight concentrated at the end. As a result, the clubbell has a shorter lever arm, while the macebell has a very long one.

As a result, the clubbell is better suited to developing shoulder and back mobility, as well as grip and upper-body strength. The macebell, on the other hand, is ideal for working the power of torso rotation and dynamic core strength.

Where does clubbell come from?

The clubbell, used today in modern fitness and functional training disciplines, has its origins in Indian clubs and Persian meels, traditional training tools from Persia and India. Historically, these wooden clubs were used by warriors and wrestlers to develop strength, endurance, mobility and coordination.

Over time, Indian clubs and Persian meels have evolved into clubbells, integrated into modern training practices. While retaining traditional movements such as the swing and the mill, clubbells have been modernized to offer greater safety and manoeuvrability. Their objective remains unchanged: to improve functional strength, coordination and mobility, while optimizing overall fitness.

Had some shipping problems but support handled it quick. Greate quality and one of the only real options for an adjustable bell in Europe.

Best adjustable club offer in Europe. Knurling is a bit much, but still fine. Great value for the price.

  5. ML

I have been swinging kettlebells for years. From my first clubbell training I could feel that I was using muscles in different ways. It has also greatly improved my posture.
The Eryx Oneclub is good quality, it’s easy to make it heavier or lighter in 1kg. increments. And you can easily do this in the rest intervals between sets. I have never noticed the weights coming loose.
It might seem like a lot of money, but if you would buy seperate clubells everytime you want a heavier weight it will quickly be more expensive. (plus normally the weight differences will be 2 kg.)
So, should you train with clubbells? YES
Should you buy the Eryx Oneclub? YES
